Meet Our Team of Kelowna Lawyers

Marty retired at the end of 2020 after a successful 40-year career and is now enjoying retirement in the Okanagan.

Paul’s practice is focused primarily on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction disputes, creditor remedies and employment disputes. 

Educated in the UK, Colby received his Bachelor of Laws degree in 2008 from the University of Aberystwyth Wales, receiving an honours distinction. 

Brandy is our account supervisor and is a valued member of our team. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Wales in Cardiff.

Originally from Ontario, where she received her Paralegal Diploma from Fanshawe College in London, Tanya moved to British Columbia in 1996. She met her husband in the Lower Mainland, started a family and moved to Kelowna in 2006. 

David is our receptionist and office administrator. Originally from Salisbury, England, David has a comprehensive background in business administration, client services, and project planning, and is our friendly face at the front desk.
