PAUL JOHNSON

Paul’s practice is focused primarily on civil and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on construction disputes, creditor remedies and employment disputes. Paul has a broad lien enforcement practice but has also been involved in many construction-related disputes involving, among others, delay claims and building defect claims.
Paul routinely appears at the Supreme Court of British Columbia and has acted for clients in all levels of court in British Columbia, including various tribunals, mediations and arbitrations.
Paul was born and raised in Kelowna. He received his Bachelor of Arts with a major in psychology from the University in Victoria in 2006. Paul moved to the UK in 2007 and received his Bachelor of Laws with an honours distinction in 2010 from Cardiff University. He practiced at a local mid-size firm for six years and was called to the British Columbia bar in August 2012.
